Different capabilities. Equal human worth.
Your starting point
doesn’t have to be
your limit.
We believe people should have greater freedom to shape their bodies, expand their capabilities, and decide who they become.
For one person, that journey begins with gender. For another, mobility, aging, creativity, or a question nobody has answered yet. Human Augments brings those conversations together.
Change should be informed and voluntary. Choosing to remain exactly as you are belongs to that freedom, too.
Nobody has to change to belong.
A better future should have room for everyone.

Human agency.
AI is part of the conversation about what people can create, understand, and do. We explore its role in learning, creativity, companionship, and independence—with attention to people’s control over their own lives.
What would you want AI to help you do—and what choices must remain yours?
Big questions.
A longer horizon.
Longevity, genetics, and emerging research invite ambitious questions about human possibility. We keep evidence, experimental work, and long-term aspirations distinct, and ask who could benefit.
What should we investigate next, and how could its benefits reach ordinary people?
A community for discussion and advocacy. These are areas of exploration, not offers of treatment or promises of results.
Ambitious ideas.
Human values.
More possibility should mean more freedom, more participation, and more care for each other.
DIFFERENT CAPABILITIES.EQUAL HUMAN WORTH.
- 01
Choice stays voluntary.
Respect consent, the freedom to decline, and each person’s control over what they disclose.
- 02
Evidence stays visible.
Separate established findings, experimental work, lived experience, and speculation. Be willing to learn.
- 03
Access belongs to everyone.
Ask who benefits, who pays, and who gets left out. A future available only to billionaires needs a better plan.
- 04
Cooperation builds the future.
Different skills and contributions can serve a shared life. Everyone deserves care; ability never determines whose life matters.
Your life is precious.
Give care a chance.
“Years before I transitioned, appropriate psychiatric care saved my life.” — Jona Citrus Thyng
Explore mental health & careDepression, trauma symptoms, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, and attention difficulties deserve qualified care. They are not a failure of character. Biology and life circumstances can both play a part.
Sometimes therapy is enough. Sometimes medication, or a combination, is needed. Explore concerns, learn about treatment, and prepare for a conversation with a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP).
Prescription medication belongs under qualified professional supervision. We are against doping and nonmedical misuse. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not the answer.

What does it mean to become more—and still be yourself?
Explore Hollow MeridianBooks 1 & 2 · Illustrated novels, young readers’ editions, and graphic adaptations.
Hollow Meridian is Jona Citrus Thyng’s science-fiction saga about identity, consciousness, and the freedom to become ourselves. Across human and artificial minds, it explores how we remain ourselves through change, who gets to decide what happens to our bodies, and whether care can exist without control.
These questions sit at the heart of Human Augments: bodily autonomy, the freedom to shape our own lives, and a future where difference does not diminish anyone’s worth. Fiction gives these ideas lives, relationships, and consequences.
BOOK 2 / THE COMPLETE ILLUSTRATED NOVEL
Hollow Meridian: drift
These themes are developed further in Book 2, exploring the freedom to choose or refuse transformation and the responsibilities that come with changing the future.

A FEW FIELD NOTES
Curiosity welcome.
Do I have to be augmented to belong?
No. No treatment, diagnosis, appearance, or identity label is required to be part of this community. Choosing no change is as valid as pursuing one.
Is this only about gender?
Gender is one part of a broader conversation about bodily autonomy, technology, human capabilities, and how we live together. Different starting points belong here.
How do we keep discussion useful?
Bring sources for factual claims. Respect privacy and consent. Challenge ideas without harassing people. Leave scams, miracle-cure pitches, and organized pile-ons at the door.
